Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this deadline: The full amount (100%) will be charged*. * If you have already paid for the service, no refund will be issued. If the service has not yet been paid for, I will invoice you for the amount. Rescheduling requests made after this deadline: A fee of 20% of the booking value applies**. ** In the event of rescheduling, I will refund 20% of the amount you paid via TWINT. If you do not use TWINT, please email your bank details to info@bellastarotberatung.ch. Thank you for your understanding!
